- Each plenary talk will have 35 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Invited talks will be allotted 17 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.
- The length of a plenary talk may not exceed 40 minutes, and the length of an invited talk may not exceed 20 minutes. The session chairs will remind you when you have 3 minutes and 1 minute remaining.
- Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint and test the file during the break before the session.
Poster Presentation
- The poster board in portrait format is reserved for each poster.
- Authors need to print out their posters in standard A0 size (841mm x 1189 mm) and bring them to the conference venue.
- The presenting author is expected to present the work in front of the poster during the poster session
